Windstream Yellow Pages and Internet Advertising Billing Invoice Will Change To Berry Billed for 2012 Publications

Please note, effective with the 2012 publication, your Windstream print and digital advertising program will no longer be billed by Windstream.

Starting with the first month of your new directory,
your advertising bills will be processed via Berry Agency, LLC, the official publisher for Windstream.

Going forward with these changes, your
Yellow Pages and Internet advertising
charges will be billed separately from
your Windstream billing statement.

The following is a quick guide to help
you better understand the changes and
what you will need to do once the
directory publishes:

• Your new bill will be branded with Berry’s logo and colors, and there will be slight changes in the layout of it compared to your current billing statement.
• Checks should be made payable to Berry and payments sent to the address provided on your statement.
• IMPORTANT: Your Customer Number has also changed.
  It may be necessary for you to notify your bank or Accounts Payable Department regarding your new number, so they can update their systems accordingly.
